Each session invites you to explore Scripture through movement and stillness, creating space for peace, presence, and renewal in your life. Our classes include worship music and meditation on the Word, allowing you to bring your Bible to the mat and fully embrace your surrender to Him as you cultivate a Christian faith in your fitness journey.
